3-4 lbs.. deer meat (elk, moose, or antelope will also work) 4 potatoes, cut into lg.. chunks
4-5 carrots, 1- inch slices 3 onions cut as want sm.. can mushrooms 1tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. basil 1 tsp. paprika 1 1/2 tsp. flour 1tsp. chopped parsley
2 cans of tomato soup and two cans of water
Brown meat, add ingredients in roasting pan. Bake in oven at 250 degrees for 4-5 hours.
